I'm Lewie D., a cautious classic silver-gray tabby boy. My sister, Lottie Mae, and I were removed from a TNR colony to give us a better chance when they relocated. It's taken some getting used to, but I like my Magicats foster home, and nice foster dad who is helping me get over my shyness, and is nice about my messy housekeeping on my side of the kennel home I share with Sis, who is Miss Tidiy House. I like all the special stuff about House Living, including cool toys, regular meals, and feeling safe! I'd do well in a patient, experienced cat family who understand that it takes time to become a Tame House Kitty!
I'm trying real hard, though and I'll try hard for you, too. I wouldn't do well with small children, and I'm not sure about dogs, but if the dog is polite and you introduce us and supervise, we'd probably be fine. I'd be better with quiet adults or older cat-savvy children adults who know lots about kitties. If you'd like to meet me, apply on line and we'll chat.

Adoption process

Our current fee for a cat or kitten is $80.00
We require a signed application that is reviewed by our volunteers.
Adopter must agree that the pet will be Inside Only and must have permission from their landlord if they are renting.
Before adoption all of our pets are thoroughly examined by one of our vets. They have received a rabies shot, series of vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV and are always spayed or neutered.

Shelter location

We currently have kennels available to us at the Twin Falls and Meridian PetSmart Adoption Centers. We have scheduled kitten socials, where you can arrange to meet some of our cats. Our pets are also available for viewing on our website and on petfinder.com.
We are happy to arrange a private meeting and adoption for any of our cats after we have approved the adoption application.
