Description

Meet Pickles – Your Chatty Biscuit-Making Queen

Pickles is a sweet, confident older lady (estimated 4–7 years young) with the perfect mix of independence and affection. She loves exploring every nook and cranny of her surroundings and will happily supervise all household activities.

While she values her independence, Pickles firmly believes in lap rights. Personal space? She’s never heard of it. If you’re sitting down, she will politely (but confidently) make room for herself and immediately clock in for overtime at the biscuit factory. Expect professional-level kneading skills.

Pickles is also quite the conversationalist. She enjoys carrying on full discussions and isn’t shy about sharing her thoughts. If you’re looking for a quiet, invisible cat… she is not your girl. But if you want a companion who will talk back, keep you company, and make you laugh daily, Pickles is ready for the job.

She would thrive in a home that appreciates her personality, respects her independence, and welcomes a cuddly, opinionated little shadow.

Ready to add some spice (and biscuits) to your life? Pickles is waiting to meet you!

    Breed info

Like the domestic long-haired cat, this is not a breed, but a non-breed classification of mixed-breed cats. Domestic cat (Felis catus) A domestic short-haired cat is a cat of mixed ancestry—thus not belonging to any particular recognized cat breed—possessing a coat of short fur. In British English, they are often referred to as moggies. Domestic short-haired cats should not be confused with the British Shorthair, American Shorthair, or other standardized breeds with "Shorthair" names, which are breeds recognized by various registries. Domestic short-haireds are the most common cat in the United States, accounting for around 90–95% of their number. Other generic terms include house cat and alley cat (the latter may be used more specifically to refer to feral specimens). The term tabby cat technically refers to a coat pattern, but is also often used as a general term for cats of this sort.
