Hi, I’m available for adoption! Please read the questions and answers below to learn more about me. If I sound like a good fit, come out to Greenhill Humane Society to meet me!

Do you like other cats? Yes, I have done well with cats in my previous home. I would likely do okay with a new cat after a slow introduction period.

What do you think about living with a dog? I did well with the dogs in my previous home, and would probably do well with a new dog after a slow introduction period.

How do you feel about kids? I didn`t mind the kids in my previous home, but generally kept my distance. I would do best in a home with kids that did not mind if I leave them alone.

What was your previous home like? I lived as a mostly indoor kitty with a big family! I liked to sit up high and watch the world from above. I enjoyed the company of the other cats in the home. There were two dogs, a small breed and a large breed, and I got along fine with them. I liked to ask for attention when I wanted it and otherwise liked my space. I was a little shy to visitors but very close with my family.

What’s your ideal home like? I want an indoor-only or primarily indoor home where I can have as much attention as I want, when I want it. I might enjoy some kitty friends too!

Is there anything else we should know about you? I`m a little shy to new people, but very sweet once we are close! Come to Greenhill to see if we are a match.

Adoption process

Shelter Hours are 11 AM - 6 PM every day of the week.

Adoption fees vary. Dogs, cats, and rabbits are all spayed or neutered before adoption, include initial vaccinations, a microchip for I.D., and a certificate for a free health check at a number of local veterinarians.

Shelter location

We're located on Greenhill Road between W. 11th and Royal Avenues, approximately 3 miles south of the airport. Directions from east or west: From the east, take the Beltline or surface streets to Barger Rd, or West 11th, and head west to Greenhill Rd. Turn left on Greenhill Rd (from Barger) or right from West 11th; we're approximately a mile down the road. From the west, take Hwy. 126 to Greenhill Rd., turn left at Greenhill Rd.
