Meet Sky! This adorable 2-month-old domestic shorthair kitten is a chill little guy who enjoys keeping to himself and taking things at his own pace. While Sky may be a bit independent, his curious kitten side is always ready to come out and explore his surroundings and discover something new. With a laid-back personality and a sweet sense of curiosity, Sky is looking for a loving forever home where he can feel comfortable, safe, and free to be himself.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. Our adoption fee is $200.00 for dogs, $125 for kittens under 6 months of age and $100 for all cats 6 months and older. This will include a rabies vaccination (if age appropriate), spay or neuter, a microchip with registration.Shelter locationWe are located at 2160 N. Graham Rd. Like the domestic long-haired cat, this is not a breed, but a non-breed classification of mixed-breed cats. Domestic cat (Felis catus) A domestic short-haired cat is a cat of mixed ancestry—thus not belonging to any particular recognized cat breed—possessing a coat of short fur. Other generic terms include house cat and alley cat (the latter may be used more specifically to refer to feral specimens). The term tabby cat technically refers to a coat pattern, but is also often used as a general term for cats of this sort.
