A Playful Tortoiseshell Cat Who Loves Scratches and Warm Cuddles!
We are seeking a loving forever home for a stunning Tortoiseshell (Tortie) cat with a heart of gold. Torties are well-known for being incredibly smart and affectionate, and this beautiful girl is no exception!
• Energetic & Playful: She absolutely loves playtime! Watching her run around and chase her toys will instantly bring joy to your day.
• The Sweetest Way to Ask for Love: Her absolute favorite thing in the world is getting petted. When she wants some love, she will look you right in the eye and let out a tiny, soft meow to ask for head scratches. It is utterly irresistible!
• A Loud, Happy Purr Motor: Once you start petting her, she will purr instantly and deeply, showing you exactly how happy and safe she feels in your arms.
She is a truly special companion who knows exactly how to connect with her humans.
Adoption process
To adopt a cat or dog, please fill out an adoption application from our website: https://www.ny-petrescue.org under the "adopt" tab. The adoption donation for a dog is $500 and $550 for a puppy; a cat is $135; and a kitten is $200 (higher amounts for pure breeds). If the puppy or kitten is too young to be neutered, we require a spay/neuter deposit of $60-kitten or $200-puppy which is refundable upon receipt of proof from your vet. All adoption donations are tax-deductible. Our pets are examined by a veterinarian, spayed and neutered if age appropriate, vaccinated, dewormed, receive flea/tick treatment and microchipped. Our review process may happen quickly (within two days) or may take up to two weeks - email is our preferred means of communication. Please contact us by email at [email protected] for a status on your application.Shelter location
