Description
Picture Adventurous August tumbling while protecting his cherished milk jug lid. He's an entertaining and loving kitty. His favorite toy is the chirpy red bird that he wrestles, attacks and carries in his mouth for hours. August races when called, eats vigorously and uses the litter box well. You may think this kitten only plays and moves. But he is the first furball in your lap wanting rough head rubs before he purrs and settles to sleep as hard as he plays. August would be the perfect cat buddy for any home!
Adoption process
Adoption applicants must complete a screening form as the first step towards adopting a pet. Your application will be verified by staff who will explain the next step in your adoption process. All adoption criteria must be met before the adoption is approved. Once approved, you are under no obligation to complete the adoption if you change your mind.Pets are placed in the best possible home if there is more than one application pending. We cannot place a hold, or accept a deposit, on a pet. Adopters may legally only adopt 2 pets within a 30 day period.
We can, and do, adopt to out-of-area homes given the applicant has physically interacted with the pet. We will not ship a pet.
