THE RUNT OF THE LITTER WHO'S CATCHING UP FAST!
DOB 8/29/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Tippy, a sweet, petite “bicolor” gal with gigantic amber eyes. “Bicolor” means that I’m mostly white with cream tabby on my head, back, and tail. My sister Tulsa and I were born to a stray momma kitty in southwest Houston before HOPE volunteers got her fixed, and we’re the spitting image of our daddy, who’s also now fixed. I’m the smallest of my litter, but I’m catching up fast.
Although I’d spent my life outdoors, once I arrived at my foster home it didn’t take me long to start whizzing through cat tunnels, scampering up cat trees, and begging Foster Meowmy for Churus squeezable treats. Although I haven’t been around dogs or kids, I get along great with the other foster kitties. In fact Cash, another foster kitty who’s two months older than I am, has become my big-brother protector in case another foster-mate frightens me. He also serves nicely as a cuddly pillow for me to snuggle with.
I’m all ready for my forever home! Could that be with you? Although we’re available separately, consider adopting me as a “pretty matching pair” with my cream-tabby sister Tulsa. We think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet me today!

If you are interested in Tippy and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at [email protected] , and a volunteer will get back to you.
Adoption process
Adopting an animal is a very serious decision and we want to be sure that our potential adoptive families have thought about the impact of this decision carefully. To adopt an animal through HOPE, we request that you complete an Adoption Application, a copy of which is available online for cats at http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php or for dogs at http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/dog-adoption.php. You may fill it out online or print a copy of the application and complete it prior to arriving at an adoption session. This will expedite the adoption process and will also assist our adoption counselors in matching you to a suitable pet.We at HOPE make every effort to match our foster pets to appropriate homes. If you feel that we are too intrusive, please understand that it is because we care about their welfare.
Fees
All animals are neutered or spayed and have received age appropriate shots prior to being adopted. We ask that you provide a $100 donation for cats and a donation of $150 for dogs when you adopt your new family member from us. This donation helps us in defraying the costs of these and other medical needs of our animals.
