Meet Marina!

Marina is a beautiful, incredibly soft kitten with a gentle and thoughtful personality. She can be a little skittish when faced with new people and unfamiliar surroundings, but her natural curiosity always encourages her to quietly explore the world around her.

She doesn't mind being held and, once she's had time to settle in, her playful side begins to shine. Whether she's investigating a new corner of the house or playing with her favorite toys, Marina enjoys discovering her surroundings at her own pace.

Marina has only ever known life with her mom and siblings, so she'll need a patient family willing to give her the time and reassurance she needs to adjust. With kindness and understanding, she'll grow into a loving, playful companion who will reward your patience with her quiet affection and sweet personality.

If you're looking for a gentle kitten who just needs a little time to feel at home, Marina may be the perfect addition to your family.

PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states. 

Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file. 

For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.

Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and  flea/tick prevention.

Adoption process

For Pet's Sake Rescue wants to insure that every animal goes to a forever home that can provide their every need including future medical care should they ever need it. For this reason, we ask each person interested in adopting to complete an application. The application requests information about the potential family including their home and occupants, as well as requests a vet references. If you do not have a vet reference, please contact us directly at [email protected]. During Covid-19 our home visits are changed to a video chat to insure safety of the animal.

We reserve the right to refuse an adoption. Most often times we know these animals on a personal level and can foresee it not being a good match for them though there are times when we have to refuse an adoption if there is a lack of comfort with the party.

Required: Completed application, photo ID with current address or an article of mail going to your current address in your name, and home video chat. We do not waive this process for anyone.

Adoption fees can be paid after you are given an approval. Invoices are emailed via PayPal. The deposit or transport fee holds your pet. Adoption fees are not refundable if you change your mind. Please be sure!
