Meet Tawny

Tawny is a gorgeous, exotic-looking buff/cream cat. A former momma cat who lovingly raised her seven kittens after they were found barely a day old in someone's backyard. Now that most of her kittens have found their furever homes, it’s Tawny’s turn to find a special place of her own.

Tawny is a friendly and affectionate girl with a touch of sass. She enjoys attention from her foster mom and would do well in a home where she can be the star. She can co-exist with a laid-back, submissive cat, but she definitely purrfers to be the center of attention. Tawny has a playful side that will remind you of a kitten, especially when she gets the zoomies!

She loves lounging on her cat tree, and at night, she enjoys snuggling up in bed with her foster mom. Tawny is a sweet girl who knows what she likes—and she isn’t shy about letting you know if something isn’t her cup of tea, whether it’s with a little love nip or a gentle tap, tap with her paw.

Adoption process

Those interested must fill out an adoption application and do an initial meet for the pet once paperwork is reviewed.

Vet checks are required and pets must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Current cats must be FIV/FELV tested.

Typical turn around time is 3-5 days MAXIMUM for a response, typically within 24 hours.

Adoption donation is $135 each cats/kitten which includes exam, up to date vaccines, fiv/felv testing, deworming, flea/tick topical, spay/neuter and microchipping. Spay and Neuter is set up at 5-6 months of age. If pet is older that 5-6 months they will be altered prior to adoption.

Adoption donation is $400-$500 for dogs/puppies which includes exam, up to date vaccines, heartworm testing if age appropriate, deworming, flea/tick topical, spay/neuter and microchipping. Check out website for any adoption events that may be happening. Otherwise, all meets will need to be scheduled as our adoptable pets are all in loving foster homes.
