Description
Thing Two is Sponsored by Michael Heckert.
Hi my name is Thing Two!
I've mastered the art of being mellow yet playful. I may be shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'm as friendly as they come. My independent streak means I'm content with my own company, but I also love to share quiet moments with my human friends. I have to admit, I prefer a household without dogs. I'm more of a one-on-one kind of cat, you see. If you're looking for a companion who's low-key but also loves a good play session, I'm your girl. I'm ready to find a forever home where I can be myself and bring joy to my new family.
I will be making my debut starting Saturday, March. 21st, for adoption at Hillsboro PetSmart 889 NE 25th Ave, Hillsboro OR 97124.
Please Note:
All animals for adoption are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and treated for parasites.
Adoption Applications will be available at this adoption location and will only be accepted at this adoption site.
We require all adults living in the household to be present at the time of the adoption to ensure the kitten is the right fit for everyone.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. Please follow the instructions on each pet profile.
Adoption process
Due to COVID-19, Newberg Animal Shelter is not open for walk-ins. Please view our available pets on our website, newberganimals.com.If a pet is listed as available at PetSmart, you can go directly to that PetSmart to adopt (call to verify availability first).
If you are interested in a pet that is available in our shelter, you will need to submit an adoption application to be considered.
We are receiving multiple applications on every pet. If we do not call you to do an adoption, please do not consider it a rejection. We simply have a lot of applications coming in and very limited staff.
Adoption Applications do not place holds on pets, nor do we do pre-adoptions.
Rather than doing first-come-first-serve adoptions, Newberg Animal Shelter considers all applications and chooses the home that is the best fit for that particular pet. We want the adoptions to be happy and successful for the family and the pets.
Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, and at least their first set of vaccines, and microchip.
