Hi! I'm Tabatha, the most adorable biscuit making lovebug! I get so excited when I see you that I'm immediately at work making biscuits and purring up a storm. I adore being held in your arms like the baby I am while I make air biscuits!
I LOVE attention. Neck rubs, chin and cheek scratches, right behind my ears, that spot right above my tail! It's all wonderful. If your hand is anywhere near me, I will arch my back into your hand to help you pet me. I even like being brushed!
Food is my other love. Dry food. Wet food. Treats of all kinds. I love all food. I am a BIG fan of lickable treats and will gently lick your fingers after, making sure I do not miss any. My foster human says I am the sweetest baby she's ever had with how gently I take treats from her hand.
While it is not my favorite thing, my foster human reports that I sit well in her lap for nail trims. Well yeah! I am a Lady! Of course I am well behaved. Also, my litter box manners are perfect.
As I am so laid back and sweet, with proper introduction, I'll likely be fine with a feline friend in my forever home. Though I have not directly interacted with my canine foster brother, hearing him bark and seeing him through a baby gate has not seemed to faze me. With proper introduction, I'd likely be okay with a respectful dog sibling.

Adoption process

Visit the Wake County Animal Center 820 Beacon Lake Road, Raleigh, NC 27610 to find a pet that best suits you, your home, your family and your lifestyle. Open seven days a week, noon to 6 p.m.

IMPORTANT
Animals are adopted on a first-come, first-served basis. All animals must be met, in person, prior to a deposit being placed on the animal. No deposits will be placed over the phone.
