Hi there! My name is Franklin, and I'm a sweet little guy with a heart full of love just waiting to find my forever home. I was found under a car in a parking lot, and a kind person brought me inside to safety and care for me. Ever since then, I've discovered just how wonderful human attention can be! I absolutely thrive on cuddles, playtime, and being close to my favorite people. There's nothing I love more than showing affection and soaking up all the love you're willing to give me.
I'm still learning about the world around me, and every day is an adventure full of discovery and joy. My sweet and social personality means I'm ready to bond with you and become your devoted companion. How did I get here? I was found under a car and taken in by a good samaritan.

**I will be neutered before I go home. I am currently living in a foster home - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet me in person!**

Adoption process

Adoption Fees:
Dogs 7 months and older: $95
Puppies 6 months and younger: $300
Cats 7 months and older: $45
Kittens 6 months and younger: $150
Rabbits: $35
Guinea pigs: $15

Adoption fees for dogs and cats include:
First vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, deworming and flea preventative.

All cats and kittens have been tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).

All dogs and puppies have received heartworm preventative, and dogs/puppies over the age of six months have been tested for heartworms.

All rabbits are spayed or neutered.
