Description

Hi! My name is Laurie. I came in with my mom and my brother. I am scared and need more time to get use to social interactions. I need more handling time to get use to people more. I love playing with my toys after my play area gets cleaned. I do fine with other cats. I don't know about dogs or kids at this time. I do want a home to feel safe in.
To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. You may also submit an application online from our website at http://www.HelpTheAnimalsINC.com/adopt.

ADOPTION FEES:

KITTEN $90

All of our animals are flea treated, wormed, spayed/ neutered and up to date with viral and rabies vaccinations. All cats are feline leukemia tested and all dogs are heart worm tested.

Microchip available for additional $20.

Shelter location

We are located at 2101 West Main Street in Richmond, Indiana and are open Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 5pm; Saturday 12pm to 4pm.

Domestic cat (Felis catus) A domestic short-haired cat is a cat of mixed ancestry—thus not belonging to any particular recognized cat breed—possessing a coat of short fur. Domestic short-haireds are the most common cat in the United States, accounting for around 90–95% of their number. Other generic terms include house cat and alley cat (the latter may be used more specifically to refer to feral specimens). The term tabby cat technically refers to a coat pattern, but is also often used as a general term for cats of this sort.
