Description

Estimated DOB: 09/29/2025

Meet Jupiter, a celestial sweetheart looking for his forever orbit! ?

Jupiter is a stunning tabby boy with a heart as big as a planet. If you’re looking for a professional snuggler, look no further—Jupiter’s favorite activity is curled up in a warm lap, turning into a purr monster the second you start to pet him. He is the ultimate companion for cozy movie nights and lazy Sunday mornings.

He's a lap enthusiast... If you're sitting, he's probably sitting on you. While he’s a master of the "lap nap," Jupiter also has a fun, cosmic energy! He loves to chase wand toys, bat around crinkle balls, and explore every nook and cranny of his environment. He’s the perfect balance of playful and mellow.

He gets along wonderfully with other cats and is very respectful of dog siblings.

Jupiter is ready to bring a little extra light and a lot of love to his new home. Could your lap be his final destination?

Go to http://allcatsrescue.org/kitten-adoption-application to apply to adopt, or email [email protected] for more information.

Please note: Kittens who remain with a littermate or a similarly-aged companion are healthier, happier, and better socialized. If you adopt littermates, not only will they keep each other entertained and happier, we'll also give you a reduced adoption fee! Please inquire if interested in adopting a sibling or foster buddy.

All of our adoptable kitties are current on shots, microchipped, altered (if old enough), and litter box trained.

Adoption process

The adoption center at PetSmart is the place to meet many of ACR's cats, and the adoption process can be completed through the store. Otherwise, the majority of our cats and kittens are in foster homes, but will be available to meet at your convenience. If you see a cat you'd like to meet, please go to our website and fill out an adoption application, them email us at [email protected] to set up a time to meet the kitty.

    Breed info

Like the domestic long-haired cat, this is not a breed, but a non-breed classification of mixed-breed cats. Domestic cat (Felis catus) A domestic short-haired cat is a cat of mixed ancestry—thus not belonging to any particular recognized cat breed—possessing a coat of short fur. In British English, they are often referred to as moggies. Domestic short-haired cats should not be confused with the British Shorthair, American Shorthair, or other standardized breeds with "Shorthair" names, which are breeds recognized by various registries. Domestic short-haireds are the most common cat in the United States, accounting for around 90–95% of their number. Other generic terms include house cat and alley cat (the latter may be used more specifically to refer to feral specimens). The term tabby cat technically refers to a coat pattern, but is also often used as a general term for cats of this sort.
