Zara came into rescue with her five tiny kittens, already proving what an incredible, devoted mom she is. In an overcrowded shelter in a remote area—where the odds were stacked against her—she kept every single one of her babies safe, fed, and thriving. Because of her strength and love, all five made it out.

But what truly makes Zara special is her heart.

From the moment she stepped into a home, she transitioned seamlessly—as if she’d always belonged. No fear, no hesitation. She’s completely unbothered by other adult cats and even dogs, taking everything in stride with her calm, gentle nature.

And despite everything she’s been through, all Zara wants is you.
She leans into every touch, melts into cuddles, and looks at you with the softest, most grateful eyes. She’ll happily follow you from room to room just to be close, soaking up all the love she can.

Zara has done an incredible job raising her babies—now it’s her turn to be someone’s baby ?

All TPW kittens are neutered, vaccinated against FVRCP, microchipped, and dewormed. We also test each litter for FIV and FeLV.

Adoption process

Our goal is to help our kittens get matched with their forever family so they can live their best healthy lives!

To ensure that our kittens live long, healthy lives, we require adopters:
1) Adopt in pairs, or have another young cat at home already, and
2) Promise to keep their cats indoor exclusively

Applications for multiple cats will be given priority.

Please note that there is also an adoption fee for each animal. As a volunteer based, non-profit organization all funds received go straight to the essential care of the animals. All our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, micochipped, and tested for FeLV/FIV prior to adoption.

Once your application is approved, we will reach out to you to schedule a video call home tour to ensure that your home is a safe environment for the cats.

We hold adoption events several Saturdays per month at Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies in Tustin, and Kahoots Pet Store in Huntington Beach. Please reach out to us for exact dates.

Most of our cats live in a home with a foster family. Once you have completed the application and interview, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet any cats you are interested in adopting.
