Description + Description -

If interested in meeting this kitty, Please apply at: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TPW/Cat ----------- This kitty **MUST** be adopted into a home that already has another young cat, or adopted as a pair with a sibling or another kitty. Kittens are very social and do best with a friend! This site has great information about why 2 kittens really make a whole kitten: http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens All TPW kittens are neutered, vaccinated against FVRCP, microchipped, and dewormed. We also test each litter for FIV and FeLV.Adoption processOur goal is to help our kittens get matched with their forever family so they can live their best healthy lives! To ensure that our kittens live long, healthy lives, we require adopters: 1) Adopt in pairs, or have another young cat at home already, and 2) Promise to keep their cats indoor exclusively Applications for multiple cats will be given priority. Please note that there is also an adoption fee for each animal. As a volunteer based, non-profit organization all funds received go straight to the essential care of the animals. All our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, micochipped, and tested for FeLV/FIV prior to adoption. Once your application is approved, we will reach out to you to schedule a video call home tour to ensure that your home is a safe environment for the cats.Shelter locationWe partner with Fluffy Tail Cafe in Tustin, where you can come and meet some of our cats in person! https://www.fluffytailcafe.com/ We hold adoption events several Saturdays per month at Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies in Tustin, and Kahoots Pet Store in Huntington Beach. Please reach out to us for exact dates. Most of our cats live in a home with a foster family. Once you have completed the application and interview, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet any cats you are interested in adopting.

Like the domestic long-haired cat, this is not a breed, but a non-breed classification of mixed-breed cats. Domestic cat (Felis catus) A domestic short-haired cat is a cat of mixed ancestry—thus not belonging to any particular recognized cat breed—possessing a coat of short fur. In British English, they are often referred to as moggies. Domestic short-haired cats should not be confused with the British Shorthair, American Shorthair, or other standardized breeds with Shorthair names, which are breeds recognized by various registries. Domestic short-haireds are the most common cat in the United States, accounting for around 90–95% of their number. Other generic terms include house cat and alley cat (the latter may be used more specifically to refer to feral specimens). The term tabby cat technically refers to a coat pattern, but is also often used as a general term for cats of this sort.
