Looking for a tiny house panther with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and very strong opinions about dinner? Meet Onyx!

Born April 22, 2026, Onyx is an adorable black kitten who is equal parts playful, cuddly, and hilariously opinionated. This little man takes mealtime VERY seriously, and if dinner isn't arriving on his preferred schedule, don't worry—he will absolutely speak to management.

When he isn't supervising the kitchen, Onyx is busy doing what kittens do best: running, wrestling, playing, and causing just the right amount of chaos with his siblings. He has plenty of kitten energy and would thrive in a home with another friendly cat or kitten who can be his playmate, wrestling partner, and partner in crime.

Onyx can be a little shy when he first meets someone new, but give him a little time to realize you're one of the good ones and his sweet side comes pouring out. Once you're officially part of his inner circle, prepare yourself—because this boy is a lap napper. ❤️

He'll curl right up with you when he's ready for a snooze and may even bring along some of his favorite toys to share. There's something incredibly sweet about watching this cautious little guy decide that *you* are his safe place.

Onyx is looking for a family who will give him a little patience in the beginning, plenty of playtime, a feline friend, and—most importantly—dinner served promptly. ?

We’re thrilled you’re considering giving one of our cats or kittens a loving forever home! Here’s what to expect during the adoption process:

? Adoption Application & Contract
To ensure the best match for both you and our cats, we require:

Adoption Application – Helps us understand your home, motivation for adoption, and expectations as a pet owner.

Adoption Contract – Includes an indoor-only and no declawing clause, as well as a Vet Promissory Note to ensure continued veterinary care and spay/neuter follow-through (if applicable).

We do not adopt out of state, except on a case-by-case basis near the North Carolina border.

? Adoption Donations
Your donation helps us continue rescuing and caring for cats in need:

Kittens – a minimum donation of $200.
(Includes spay/neuter, vaccine series, deworming, and medical care.)

Spayed/Neutered cats – a minimum donation of $200

Bonded pairs – a minimum donation of $300

Career/Barn cats – a minimum donation of $25

Meet & Greet is required to ensure a good match—please bring the whole family!

In some cases, we may require a home inspection or rental verification.
