Zeelie demands attention and loves every minute of it! She has a super loud and soothing purr, and she likes to carry on conversations with you. She tolerates being around other cats, would probably snuggle with a calm male kitty companion, but too many kitties around (or kitties that are too feisty) tend to annoy her. She gets nervous around a lot of activity and loud noises, so small children are not her favorite people to be around. She would do best in a home as the only cat, with older or no children present.

Cats adopted through FUR will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, tested for Felv/FIV and they are microchipped prior to adoption. Typical Adult cat adoption donations are $150, cash or cards accepted, sorry no checks. Southern California residents only, we do not adopt to residents not within driving distance of our adoption centers. Adoption process

We require an application to be filled out and approved prior to selecting an adopter for the animal. Once approved, the applicant is matched to an appropriate pet for their lifestyle and an adoption agreement is completed. We do have adoption fees associated with the adoption of most of our animals to cover medical and supply costs.

Shelter location

Some of our adoptable cats are at the Cat Adoption Center inside the Temecula Petsmart, 32413 Temecula Parkway, Temecula CA 92592.
Other cats and kittens are in foster homes that can arrange a visit upon approval of the application.
