Gopher is a sweet, outgoing boy once he settles in. He started off life rough, so it has taken him some time to understand love and feel safe, but now that he does he can't get enough attention. In his foster home he begs for pets and will snuggle in a lap, but his favorite thing is to play with his siblings. He gets along great with any other cat, even if they've never met before. He may regress a bit when he moves to a new home, but it won't take him long to come around. Gopher and his siblings love treats, wet food, and all kinds of toys!

Kittens adopted through FUR will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, tested for Felv/FIV and they are microchipped prior to adoption. Typical Kitten adoption donations are $175, cash or cards accepted, sorry no checks. Southern California residents only, we do not adopt to residents not within driving distance of our adoption centers. Adoption process

We require an application to be filled out and approved prior to selecting an adopter for the animal. Once approved, the applicant is matched to an appropriate pet for their lifestyle and an adoption agreement is completed. We do have adoption fees associated with the adoption of most of our animals to cover medical and supply costs.

Shelter location

Some of our adoptable cats are at the Cat Adoption Center inside the Temecula Petsmart, 32413 Temecula Parkway, Temecula CA 92592.
Other cats and kittens are in foster homes that can arrange a visit upon approval of the application.
