Description
Rosie came to us in December of 2023 when her owner could not keep her anymore. She is an adorable young ball of fluff.
UPDATE 01/25/2024 from Rosie's foster: "She has became very curious and fairly friendly, still a little skittish and may run away and hide, but she always comes back! I’ve been able to pet her a lot lately and have held her a couple times, she also ran around on my bed today and really enjoys chewing up cardboard."
Rosie is a very shy hamster and needs a patient, dedicated owner who can work with her. Her foster has been working hard, but says she is currently very nervous and scared to take treats from his hand. A quiet home would be ideal for her. She is not a good candidate for handling by small children but would be good with older, patient kids and adults.
Are you the right fit for this sweet soul who needs a kind, loving owner to help her get over her fears?
Rosie is in a foster home in the Twin Cities. We can meet within 1 hour of Minneapolis or Faribault MN for adoptions. Potentially further- please reach out and we can discuss!
