Smudge is a charming two-year-old Himalayan rabbit with the striking nose, ear, and tail markings characteristic of his breed. He's not only a stunner but also one of the most affectionate and cuddly bunnies you'll ever meet! Whether it's snuggling up for a movie night or enjoying a quiet evening together, Smudge will happily perch on your chest, tooth purring in contentment as you pet his soft head.

This curious little explorer is always on the move, hopping, climbing, and checking out his surroundings. His adventurous spirit once got him into a bit of trouble—he broke his leg while attempting to scale an X-pen at a shelter. Thankfully, Smudge spent several months in loving foster care through Bunny World Foundation, where he fully recovered.

In March 2023, Smudge made his way to his current home after a "speed date" with a Flemish Giant. While the bond wasn’t quite the right fit, Smudge is now on the lookout for a new home where he can receive all the attention he deserves. He might thrive as a single rabbit, or potentially with a patient, gentle bunny friend who has lots of love to give.

Shelter location

BWF holds regular weekly weekend adoptions where volunteers, fosters and future parents have an opportunity to meet & greet. Since ALL our bunnies are safe in loving foster homes, we cannot bring all of them each and every time, BUT if you call, fill out application, schedule an apt., we will arrange for you to meet the bunnies!
