LORENZO needs a permanent or foster home PRONTO! <3

Lorenzo was purchased from a breeder for a 3-year-old and then dumped after the novelty wore off (2 weeks). He was a scarred little baby when he came to BWF, but his foster took time to help him heal and restore his faith in the human race.

Lorenzo is a Holland lop. He could use a GREAT home! <3

Shelter location

BWF holds regular weekly weekend adoptions where volunteers, fosters and future parents have an opportunity to meet & greet. Since ALL our bunnies are safe in loving foster homes, we cannot bring all of them each and every time, BUT if you call, fill out application, schedule an apt., we will arrange for you to meet the bunnies!

    Holland Lop is a breed of domestic rabbit that was recognized by the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) in 1979 and by the Netherlands' Governing Rabbit Council in 1984. The Holland Lop, with a maximum weight of 4 lb (1.8 kg) (as stipulated by ARBA), is one of the smallest lop-eared breeds. Holland Lops are one of the most popular rabbit breeds in the United States and the United Kingdom. They were first bred by Adrian de Cock, as a hybrid of the French Lop and the Netherland Dwarf. Holland Lops are miniature rabbits that only weigh from about 2 to 4 pounds. They are muscular, relative to their compact stature, and have a wide variety of coat colours. Their lopped ears are one of their most distinctive features.
