Meet this sweet rat terrier pup! She’s just over a year old and weighs about 12.5 pounds. She’s making great progress with potty training and is fully vetted, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is only $25.

She came from a hoarding situation, where dogs were kept in crates in a small apartment, so crates aren’t her favorite. She’s still a little spooked, but with patience and love, she’ll blossom into the loyal companion we know she can be. At just a year old, she has her whole life ahead of her and only needs someone willing to put in a little time to help her learn to trust.

Adoption process

We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.
